Shires Cookery School offers courses from a couple of hours to an entire day, covering all sorts of things from 'Knife Skills' to 'Artisan Bread' to 'Spend the Day with Adam Gray'. Great as a gift or just a treat for yourself.
We are also launching a new menu tomorrow, which features sublime dishes such as braised pig cheeks. Pig cheeks are a lovely, tender cut and well worth a try.
